MY GYMNASTS
From 1982 I started inspiring generations of male gymnasts. While I still was a gymnast, I started my coaching career (I quit gymnastics in 1984). I had the honor to work with more that 30 high level gymnasts. Their names and not only will follow. The fire within, the hunger for learning the secrets in technique and of course the huge effort of the gymnasts which sacrificed their body and soul to achieve very high results, very high and difficult level elements and exercises.
The least I can do is to thank them in public, to tell them that I love them and to dedicate this part of this site to them. This way they and most importantly all the world, will have access instantly to their elements and exercises, from any part of the world via internet.
This is how they maybe will understand my obsession, except from the technical benefit, to videotape every new element they did.
In reality it was about recording a very important part of Gymnastics History in Greece. Today it is possible for everyone to enjoy it...
Next are the names of the gymnasts in the chronological order that I was their coach, the name of their club, their most important results and pictures and videos where they are available.
